However, please understand that interior specifications, furniture, appliances, décor, as well as exact sizes and dimensions of each room, are currently based on images and plans at this stage and should be considered for reference only.
The actual condition of the lodge at the time of your stay may differ from the images in the floor plans without prior notice, due to the progress of renovation work, procurement of materials, or other factors. Snow Goose cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancies. We thank you for your understanding in advance.

Spacious Comfort and Comprehensive Facilities

Capacity: Comfortably accommodates 10 guests (3 Queen beds, 4 Single beds). Up to 4 additional single Japanese futon sets can be provided for a maximum of 14 guests.
Room Layout: Features a Japanese-style room/bedroom on the 1st floor and 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor.
Sauna: Equipped with a sauna for 2-3 persons, complete with an outdoor relaxation area.
Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms with bathtubs, and 2 separate shower rooms.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes a full set of cooking utensils, tableware, basic condiments (e.g., salt, pepper, oil), a coffee maker…
Other Amenities: Ski dry room, playroom, washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, parking for up to 3 vehicles.

Comprehensive Amenities & Linens (Included in your stay)

Including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, toothbrush sets, hairdryers, toilet paper, tissues, a full range of towels, and kitchen/laundry detergents…

Shuttle service (Myoko Kogen Station <=> Lodge; advance booking required)
Shuttle service (Lodge <=> One ski resort in the Myoko Kogen area; departs lodge at 9:00 AM / departs ski resort at 3:00 PM; please notify us by 3:00 PM on the previous day)

Paid Service

Mid-stay cleaning (includes bed-making and light cleaning): JPY 22,000 per service (Please notify us by 3:00 PM on the previous day)

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund of the accommodation fee:

You must cancel under one of the following conditions

Within 24 hours of booking confirmation, provided the booking was made more than 7 days before the local check-in time.
30 days or more before your scheduled check-in time.
50% Cancellation Fee:

For cancellations made between 8 and 29 days before your scheduled check-in time, a fee of 50% of the total accommodation charge will apply.

100% Cancellation Fee:

For cancellations made 7 days or less before your scheduled check-in time (including same-day cancellations), a fee of 100% of the total accommodation charge will apply.

No-Shows:

If you do not arrive for your stay and do not cancel your booking (“No-Show”), it will be treated as a cancellation made on the check-in day, and a fee of 100% of the total accommodation charge will apply.

All cancellation periods are calculated based on the property’s local time and the scheduled check-in time.
Some special deals or rate plans may be subject to a different cancellation policy. If so, this will be clearly stated in the rate details at the time of booking.
