chitetsu Service Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Accommodation”) recognizes the importance of protecting personal information and, based on the spirit of the Personal Information Protection Law, establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) and endeavors to handle personal information appropriately.
1. Acquisition of Personal Information
The Accommodation lawfully and fairly acquires personal information, such as name, address, telephone number, email address, accommodation details (stay dates, number of guests, etc.), payment information, nationality, passport number, etc., when customers make reservations, inquiries, or use other services provided by the Accommodation.

- For confirming and managing accommodation reservations, and contacting customers.
- For providing services to customers (check-in/check-out, provision of services during stay, etc.).
- For the creation and retention of guest registers in accordance with the Hotel Business Act.

- For providing information about the Accommodation’s services (new plans, campaigns, etc.) via direct mail, email, etc. (will cease if the customer does not wish to receive them).
- For improving and developing the Accommodation’s services, and for statistical analysis.
- For contacting customers in emergencies.
- To comply with requests from administrative or public bodies (e.g., submission requests for guest registers) based on laws and regulations.
- For other purposes with the customer’s consent.
3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Accommodation will not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the customer, except as required by law (including purposes stated above). However, in cases where it is necessary for processing accommodation reservations, payment procedures, or providing services, personal information may be provided to entrusted service providers to the extent necessary. In this case, the Accommodation will oblige the entrusted party to properly manage the information.
4. Security Management of Personal Information
The Accommodation takes appropriate measures for the safe management of personal information, such as preventing leakage, loss, or damage. We also educate and enlighten our employees on the proper handling of personal information.
5. Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc., of Personal Information
The Accommodation acknowledges that customers have the right to request disclosure, correction, suspension of use, deletion, etc., of their own personal information, and will promptly respond to such requests in accordance with the law. In such cases, we may ask for identity verification.
6. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Accommodation’s website may use cookies and other technologies to improve services and provide more suitable services to customers. This does not identify individuals. Customers can refuse the use of cookies by adjusting their browser settings, but in that case, some services may become unavailable.
7. Privacy Policy Revision
The Accommodation may review and improve the content of this Policy as appropriate. The revised Policy will apply from the time it is posted on the Accommodation’s website.
